They left me on hold for over ten minutes to the point that the answering service came on indicating the office was closed for lunch. The doctor and nurses did not follow up with me as the doctor promised. The doctor told me that she or a nurse would call me the next day with my lab and x-ray results, but she did not, so I called the office two days later and one of the nurses answered the phone asking me why I was calling as if the doctor and her staff do not communicate. I had to go to the hospital and sign a release form to obtain my lab and x-ray results because the doctor/doctor's office kept saying they had not received my results. It's very unfortunate that people in that line of work seem not to care about a person's health and life. If they can not handle their patient load, they

doctors are great but everyone else there I have had issues with. From waiting to 30 minutes plus on multiple visits (sometimes an hour) and being put on hold just to be hung up on.

Moved to the area and chose her. Like her ways.
