Never saw this doctor but called to make an appointment at 4pm (they close at 5) and was sent to voicemail and told to call back during business hours? As other reviews state, I think these people just leave the office early with no notice to patients, which is crazy for a providers office. Happy to take my business elsewhere 👍

Google maps says they are open til 5pm. I arrived at 4:22 and the cleaning lady said they ALWAYS leave at 4pm!!! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I love Dr Suzanne Laskas! She is practical and straightforward and has a great bedside manner and rapport with my 14 yr old son and 9 yr old daughter. We’ve been at this practice since we moved to FL in 2016. I have never waited more than 5 minutes and 95% of the time I can get in the same day if my child is sick. The office calls back promptly to book appointments if you have to leave a message (within 10 min) and is very accommodating about filling out school/camp physical/immunization forms. I was motivated to leave this review after I called on Tuesday at 3:08pm to have my daughter seen for a fever that had lasted 4 days. I was seen at 3:20pm. Cannot beat the service. Thank you Dr Laskas!

Run away from them. I went twice in Boca Raton to make the first two well visit to my newborn and I paid for each at the reception. (I am a self pay). Now I have to schedule the 3rd visit within 30 days old and I could not schedule this visit online (babies with less than 2 months you need to call)....so, after waiting for 15 min on call the provider told me I have an open balance of USD 900 and that I can not schedule a visit. I had no explanation at all about this balance. I was told the price for the well visits and I paid all of them at the office (also my baby didn't get any test or vaccines on these two visits). This is so confusing, so disappointing and so dishonest with a family and a mother. I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER.

I actually liked the female doctor my kids saw, but after noticing they did not use sanitary paper liner on the check up table I was horrified. When asked they told me they "wipe down the table pretty frequently", while no "wiping down" occur between my three kids(I took them all together for back to back appointments). Are siblings supposed to share all germs among themselves??? They just didn't care about their patients enough. And yes, that front desk lady. I smiled at her, so that at least there was some smile in the pretty COLD room.
