I was referred to this office by RJ from another dental facility for my implants. The front desk Stacey was amazing from start to finish. She was fast and efficient and has great memory! I needed 3 top implants and was extremely nervous. Dr Norkin answered all of my questions before anything started and his assistant that was with him every step of the way was wonderful too! She was very welcoming and also talked me through all of the steps before Dr Norkin even came into the room. I felt well versed and knowledgeable about what the procedure was and that definitely helps when you are visiting a dental office for the first time. They took about an hour to do ALL 3 implants! He spoke and explained each step as he was doing it which really does help your nerves out because you know what is

I recently had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed after waiting way too long to do it. I started to experience a lot of pain. Called the office and was able to get in very quickly for an x-ray. Dr. Norkin was excellent and thoroughly explained the procedure and that they will be tougher to remove since I did wait so long. He recommended doing 2 at a time but still gave me the option to remove all 4 at once knowing recovery would be longer. Very happy I took his professional suggestion and only did 2 to start. The whole team is very professional, comforting and puts your mind at ease. Dr. Norkin is an amazing surgeon and has exceptional knowledge in his field. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Dr. Norkin extracted my sons (15yr. old) wisdom teeth. I was very nervous but Dr. Norkin and his assistants put me at ease. Dr. Norkin is very thorough and took time to explain everything that was going on and post op directions. My son has healed good and doing well. Dr. Norkin and his staff make you feel like one of the family. I highly recommend him.

This is by far the most disrespectful office you can go too. When I called they were very rude and hanged up on me so I had to call them back. Too than tell me they won’t except my insurance and it will be a minimum $500 for a just a check up appointment. They were so lazy they didn’t even want to look up my name in their system, they wanted me to tell them everything and when I couldn’t tell them the ER I went to they just insulted me. Than the “boss” go on the phone once I called back after she hung up on me. The boss was also a rude and no help what so ever. He made me yell the whole time in order for him to here me on the phone. I would never waste my time or money on such people who can’t even be somewhat professional on the phone. I believe they should never have a ER patient sent to

Office submitted false insurance claim. 3 months later bill still has not corrected. Beware of your charges. Office Manager's customer service is terrible. However, doctor and nurse are nice and professional.
