I recently visited Boardwalk Dental Studio for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress free!. Dr. Garcia was incredibly thorough, kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and not rushed, which made a huge difference. The hygienist was gentle, and my teeth have never felt cleaner! I highly recommend Boardwalk Dental!!!

After being a loyal patient at this dental office for over 10 years, I’m deeply disappointed by how things have changed. I’ve brought more than nine family members here regularly—every 3 to 6 months—for cleanings, x-rays, and follow-ups for over a decade. Recently, I was told I’d be charged $100 for rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. The reason? My children’s school unexpectedly had a closed school policy for finals—even though I was still bringing two additional adult family members for cleanings that same day. I was shocked by the lack of understanding, especially considering our long history with the practice. Thankfully, I was able to make arrangements and still brought my kids to the appointment because of the great relationship I have with the school

It’s disappointing to see some of the lowest reviews here are more about being upset that clearly posted and long standing policies actually apply to everyone, rather than about the dental care itself. I’ve been coming to this dental office for some time now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. From the front desk to the dental team in the back, everyone has always been kind, respectful, and professional. The hygienists are gentle and thorough, and the doctor is knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions. I always feel like I’m in good hands and never rushed or overlooked. If you’re looking for a dental office that values professionalism, consistency, and quality care, I’d highly recommend giving them a try. I’m glad I did.

I recently had a filling done with Dr.Garcia. I was very nervous because I’m pregnant, but Dr.Garcia and her assistant made me feel comfortable and no pain. So happy they were able to see me quickly.

My experience with Amber Garcia was absolutely unacceptable. She completely missed a clear and urgent need for a root canal, despite me coming in with severe, ongoing tooth pain. Instead of taking the time to properly diagnose the issue, she brushed it off and claimed everything looked “fine.” To make matters worse, when I had to take matters into my own hands and see a root canal specialist, I brought the CD with the images that Amber Garcia had given to me — and it was completely blank. No files, no X-rays, nothing. Just another sign of the complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Because of her negligence, my condition worsened, the procedure became more complex, and the cost much higher. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in dental care. I would not recom
