Bluffton Hospital

After having 2 children at this hospital in their phenomenal maternity department, and I mean phenomenal (I still remember my nurses' names), I returned recently for a surgery. I could not be happier with my care there. Once again my nurses were exceptional as well as my doctor whom I already loved and what little time I spent with my anesthesiologist was above par also. Do not hesitate going to this small town hospital, you are not a number there, they really care.

I live in Findlay but will go to Bluffton if I need the Emergency Department. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The time spent in Bluffton ED is so much quicker than Findlay's BVHS Emergency Department.

I finally broke down 4 days after a colonoscopy and went to ER. I told them my symptoms and was led directly to a room. They ran a battery of blood work and a CT Scan. Was finally told the problem, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy after being given treatment while there. I was finally sent home to follow up with my Dr in 2 days. They were very respectful, fairly quickly diagnosed what was wrong, treated me and got me home. Definitely quicker than driving to Findlay ER but there are some problems I go straight to Findlay because they are equipped for Heart issues.

Superb ER Team yesterday!! Dr Fredrick, Emily, Deb, Courtney and Lindsay, you are ALL ADORABLE. Thanks so very much for making me comfortable and for taking exceptional care. Stitched up and on my way in no time. Kind, caring, courteous and professional! 12 stars!!

Expected so much more. Ive heard so many positive things about the maternity ward to only be let down.the staff seemed poorly trained and very unorganized. They were rude from the beginning and honestly regret having my second child here. Would not recommend .. Unless you have a cold
