Took my grandmother to an appointment and I was very impressed. EVERYONE was friendly, all smiles, attentive, compassionate, the list goes on. Haven't been to a primary care office that felt so warm and welcoming. I'm a long way from 60 years old. But I wish my primary office felt like this. It's good to know that my grandma is in good hands.

Blue Rock staff make me feel comfortable with my visits and of the information that they provide me of my healthcare. Which I receive and also great customer service from Blue Rock staff. My first visit was today with practitioner Ethan Chanan was very detail about the information on my health which really I needed to hear from him. Thank you Practitioner Ethan for helping me understand what wasn’t told to me directly and from your understanding I am on point about my health.

Roxanne had a great bedside manner. During her appointment with my dad she was professional, personable, humorous, and knowledgeable. She was available to answer any and all questions. After the appointment I felt that Blue Rock would be ideal for my dad and family.

The visit was excellent in every way. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. The assistant was professional and attentive. The nurse was professional answer my questions with patience and gave suggestions that would better my health.

Dr. Brenda Mills-Layne and I have good report, she went over my lab results with me and we talked about several issues and concerns. I love talking to her and she listens and give her feedback . I want to keep her as my sole primary care physician.
