I have home medical equipment provided by Bluegrass and paid for by my insurance company. The service I have received is usually slow and unfortunately the equipment needs service quite frequently. It is not unusual for company any reps to be rude to me over the phone. I recently need service on equipment I use continuously and suggested 24 hours. They told me they would get here when they could. I got the impression it might be a week or longer. I cannot recommend this business and urge you to avoid them if you can. You'll be glad you did.

I called this establishment this morning to inquire about a knee brace my doctor had prescribed me. I spoke to a lady who said that they accepted my insurance, and they would bill me the difference. After my wife driving me their, they wouldn't even run my insurance stating it wouldn't cover any of the cost. And after saying they would bill, me I was told I would have to pay in full which was going to be around $65. After leaving here I went to Walmart and got the brace for $22. Will not do business here.

I'm a paraplegic with a T-2 level injury, they have provided my equipment since I've been home(almost 3 years). It took at least six months and several pressure wounds for them to replace my air mattress. Now they refuse to try and charge my insurance for repairs to my bed, after I spoke with medicare and they told me they WOULD pay for repairs! I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs equipment, and service often!

Went in with a prescription for a hinged knee brace. I handed it to the lady and without barely looking at me or asking for my insurance she hands it right back saying this isn't covered under insurance. Called another pharmacy guess what it was covered 100%. Will never go back. I have never been treated so rudely.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I have been using a CPAP machine for a few years and got the equipment from there. There are a few people there that are really good but on the other hand some of them are horrible and they leave stuff out of my order all the time. It is like going to Mcdonalds. Also, my CPAP was recalled back a few months ago and they never even cared to contact me or any of their other Customers. What a joke of a company is this?
