Once ownership changed years back, they became less customer oriented and more money driven. I've canceled/rescheduled multiple times prior with 0 issues. But now that I've moved away and obviously couldn't go to an appointment, I find out months later I have a bill that appears to be accruing interest.

I cannot recommend Blue Dot Dental enough! I recently saw Dr. Monica for a root canal after my original dentist’s office was unable to perform the procedure and referred me elsewhere. I was struggling to find an appointment as everywhere seemed booked, but Blue Dot Dental was able to get me in quickly, and they even provided me with a crown as well. The entire experience was outstanding. The customer service was impeccable, and Dr. Monica’s and her dental assistant (I forgot her name but such a lovely lady) bedside manner was excellent. She and her team made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process. What truly stood out to me was their follow-up after my procedure. my review is for office / billing I have to start out by saying the 2 dentist are fantastic. best I have been to in 50 years. unfortunately the billing system first needs update as they are unable to tell you what you will actually owe after insurance pays. they know what the contract price will be but not the 50/80 your insurance covers after that. they do not tell you this. so they are charging you upfront before insurance. once you get your EOB you will see you overpaid. because most of us are not really looking at the eob and just trust their accounting we don’t know we have overpaid. My wife has been coming to BlueDot Dental Gilbert for a few years and now I started going there. Just wanna say everyone is super nice. Everyone treat you with respect you get the treatment that you are required and need. they also work with you. The receptionist are very helpful and amazing. The technicians they are very caring and helpful and they make you feel very comfortable specially when it comes to putting the anesthesia to numb the gums, they are always concerned and always want to make sure you’re doing OK well getting the shot I most definitely will keep on coming 😀

Beware of Billing Issues – Hidden Charges After 6 Months! I went to this office for dental work, and they assured me that my insurance would be filed correctly. I paid the agreed-upon amount using CareCredit, thinking everything was settled. Fast forward six months, and I suddenly receive a $3,500 bill for charges I never agreed to or even knew existed! This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Patients should not have to deal with surprise bills long after they’ve paid in full. If you go here, watch your billing closely and make sure you get everything in writing. I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you want to deal with financial headaches.
