He's knowledgeable about what he's doing, and makes it easy to communicate if you need something specific. the recent massage I got was definitely more brutal then the ones I've gotten a few years ago, but the pain felt productive and I could feel him getting deep into areas that needed it. after the massage I felt like I could do a backflip.

I saw Adelle for a 60-minute massage. Even in just 60 minutes, Adelle accomplished a lot and left me feeling like we had spent more time together. She did a thorough assessment before, which seemed to inform her approach, and during the massage I noticed she adapted to my style and needs. Really looking forward to going back. Highly recommend. I was also able to book on short notice! Especially grateful, as that's usually a challenge.

Adelle has actual magic powers. I came in for a 120 minute therapeutic massage and it was exactly that. I haven't felt such relief since working with a physical therapist before. She took great care in addressing my areas of concern in ways that weren't painful which was so appreciated. Its been almost 24 hours and I still feel great, no soreness, and she even gave me some at home stretches to help! I will definitely be back.
