Blue Valley Dental

Just spoke to the “manager” who had absolutely no clue what insurances they even took. She had a very bad attitude, and claimed she crossed my name out on a list. When I asked for the Dr. she said sure no problem then just came back and hung up on me. I wouldn’t trust these people with my phone number let alone my dental care.

The dentist and his “accomplice” we’re very nasty, yelling at me for not doing as he said. He hurt me too, and I will never ever go there again. I’m surprised he’s still in office the way he treats his patients and yells at them!!

No one here is welcoming. Girl at the front desk always has rbf. Never had an issue with the techs but the dentist always seems to be in a rush. Got a cavity filled and had to go back for them to file it down more which shouldn’t happen. Got a “bone bruise” on my tooth they told he which took probably close to 2 months to heal. Horrible sensitivity and pain. Will not recommend this dentist or go back.
