I truly cannot say enough great things about Blue Spruce Dental, Dr. Timm, and his entire staff. I recommend them to everyone I know because of their timeliness, the amazing 'aura' of the office, and even their beautiful koi pond. Most importantly, though, is their truthful and caring approach to their work. What truly sets them apart is their compassion; I have never had a doctor or office staff send me a handwritten letter after a surgery that had nothing to do with dental work. It meant so much to me. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Timm and his team. THANK YOU ALL!

I can't recommend Dr Timm any higher! He is incredibly efficient and precise. His communication is also top notch. And every single person in his office is kind, knowledgeable, patient and great at their job.

(For posterity I traditionally absolutely HATE going to the dentist. Usually I feel judged, the office feels unwelcoming, and I walk out hoping to never come back.) The experience I have had at Blue Spruce has been amazing. At my first visit Dr. Timm sat down and we planned out my treatment. He never spoke down to me, didn’t give me any ultimatums, and made it clear these are MY teeth and he is just here to help. I have arrived early to each appointment and been seen BEFORE my scheduled start time (when does that ever happen??). The staff clearly outlines what is going on and WHY each step of the way. They even have a procedure to ensure the checkout process is uniform and protects patient confidentiality instead of just pointing you in the general direction of the front desk. Genuine pro
