Blue Sky Specialty Pharmacy

I'm on a biologic so it is important for the medication to be administered on time. My first shipment was shipped two days after promised. My second shipment was supposed to ship 6/9 and here it is 6/17 and it has not shipped. My next injection is due tomorrow. I'm asking my dermatologist to send my RX to the specialty pharmacy I used while I was on a different biologic. Stay away if you can! If your insurance will pay at another specialty pharmacy, go with them instead. Especially if the medication has a strict dosing schedule.

The pharmacy got a new system in June 2024 and it has been a rough 6 months for everyone involved. If you look at the reviews from 7+ months ago, it reflects a much different company. A much better company. Blue Sky is finally getting back to the quality of service that reflects the true core values of the company and you can trust the service provided! 2025 should look much different!!

If you are on monthly auto ship it won’t go out without you messaging them and if you message them don’t expect them to reach out to you. It’s always some excuse, three months in a row I have had to take my shot late; so I get to go though my joints hurting and my condition coming back for a week, what I’m on is the only thing that seems to keep it at bay, i was on these shots for 2 years before i had to switch doctors and they use Blue Sky. I would not use them if they were not who my doctor has a contract with. I will be speaking with my doctor to see if that contract can change. Not only that but if your on auto ship they will over charge you or charge you twice for your copay, so keep an eye on that. Luckily I keep records and know what’s in my account and what should come out.

Blue sky pharmacy lacks any professionalism. Medicine is always late even if you call a week ahead of time for confirmation of delivery. No communication no package tracking device. The only thing they seem to be good at is giving lame excuses for terrible customer service. Minus 5 stars.

Totally awesome. Used them in the past and they were on point about everything. Sadly I had to leave because of insurance changes and had to use another pharmacy. My newest insurance allowed me to return. Got my first prescription on time because of them. Thank you bluesky for all you do. So happy I will not have to miss doses any more.
