My first call was the call I had tried to avoid. My sweet best friend “Buddy” was 18 & had drastically declined the 2 months prior. I cried the first 3 mins of the call and Moni just held space for me. She helped me feel comfortable in my decision of possibly needing to help Buddy cross the rainbow bridge, and told me to call when I was ready. 2 days later, I made that call. They got us in that afternoon and Moni was there and came in the room to hug me and meet Buddy. She pet him and spoke to him like he was her family. EVERYONE felt like friends I had never met. He passed so peacefully and the process of his cremation was handled by them so I didn’t have to do anything more but grieve. This was one of the most difficult things I’ve done in my 50 yrs and I was treated with the upmost comp

Dr Blum and staff were helpful and expert to address Nippet’s ailments in Lakeside. She is so much better today after spending a night in care. Thanks and great job!

I can’t say enough about the exceptional care we received. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff made us feel welcomed and reassured. Everyone—from the front desk team to the veterinary technicians and the doctor—treated my cat with such genuine kindness and patience. What really stood out was how thorough and attentive the veterinarian was. They took the time to explain every step of the exam, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure my cat stayed calm and comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend Blue Ridge to any pet parent who wants compassionate, professional, and outstanding veterinary care.

I think I’m finally ready to type this out without crying, blue ridge is an AMAZING clinic with a FANTASTIC staff. I recently was faced with a very hard decision when it came to my 19 year old pittie I’ve had since I was kid..if it was not for the hospitality, care, and all around love these individuals showed me and my boy, I’m not sure I would have made it through that choice.
