NO STARS! Not greeted, not assisted while the lady stood in middle of the store staring at the back when she had every opportunity to assist me 5 ft from her. Surprising, I heard “have a nice day” when I walked out. After reading a previous reply to a review, I’m guessing I’ll get the same type of response and a lecture on customer service. Please learn to take responsibility and improve the customer service; not dismiss it. No reply necessary. Good luck with customer service. In conclusion, I took my business to another store location and wish I would have been able to find more stuff to spend my money on in there because they were so kind and helpful. 45 dollars for a comfort color shirt that peels after first wash. Comfort colors are extremely cheap to print. Need a locals discount.

While buying almost a hundred dollars worth of merchandise, as I was pulling my money out, I had a piece of trash that was about to fall into floor. I asked the cashier (blonde young girl) to throw it away behind the counter and got the following reply: "There's a trash can outside".....At that point I should have just said no thanks and took my hundred dollars elsewhere. To me a more appropriate and acceptable response would have been, "Thank you for your purchase we appreciate your patronage but I don't have access to a trash can back here." Some may disagree, but it hit me totally wrong.

This is a great place to grab some last minute gear! The young lady was helpful and friendly. They carry all my favorite brands like Vuori and Patagonia.The store is in close walking distance to restaurants.

Horrible experience. Just left this store after looking at some shirts. I was interested in a different color in the same shirt I bought yesterday at his location in Blue Ridge. While looking, the owner asked me if I had any questions. I replied that the shirt I bought yesterday was reduced and wondered if the same one in the other color was also reduced. He proceeded to argue with me about whether or not the shirt I bought was reduced stating that his store doesn’t have sales, even though I bought the same shirt yesterday and it was reduced. He then rudely asked me if I had any other questions to which I replied that he didn’t need to be a jerk. About 2 minutes later he asked me to leave his store.
