Since the new ownership, this place has been amazing. They have been doing a lot of remodeling and everything looks super nice. I love the pool and movie room. The skylight dining room is always great, and the food is great too.
Very exciting times since the change of ownership! We see lots of positive changes occurring throughout the campus! It' s great to see all the amenities that are being offered throughout the campus to include OLLIE classes free of charge from USF, a third part kitchen that is open for Breakfast and lunch four days a week, and a beautiful walking path that goes around the campus !
Family member has lived here since 2021. Originally Concordia, now Blue Palms. Have seen a number of positive changes since the transition. Also, the Business Office team (Doreen, Krystina) goes above & beyond (even on their day off!) …thank you!
