I’ve been to this location twice now and the staff is always very friendly. I’ve always gone in for a walk in and never made an appointment but I’ve always been able to get right in with no problem. They always do a phenomenal job. The staff even asked if the temperature in the room is OK. this is by far one of the best places I’ve ever been for a massage.

I used to have a 5 star review until recently. The past few massages were not as good experiences. My massages were interrupted several times for several minutes and ended several minutes early. I always tip at least 20%. The past several visits, I was asked repeatedly if I wanted to tip more.

0-10! Custom service sucks!! I just arrived at my appointment and they did not have anything that I asked for. I asked for a couples massage meaning two beds in one room. They rush you off the phone! They don’t let you finish asking questions before they hang up on you! Do not go to this place!!! I would've said time coming up there if they would’ve just answered my questions on the phone!

Blue Lotus Massage offers an exceptional experience! The atmosphere is calming, and the therapists are skilled and attentive. My deep tissue massage was perfect for relieving muscle tension, and I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality care

Im going to start by saying this is a four star not a five since I had to pay before I got a massage but everything else was very phenomenal and planning on going back for sure!!
