Blue Lake Post Acute

My grandmother was recently at Blue Lake Post Acute for therapy. I would like to thank the therapy team (Karrie, Ian, and Howie) for always listening to her and making sure she was able to do the things needed so we could bring her back home. The nursing staff of Alana and her team had great patience and ensured that she got what she needed within a timely manner. I would recommend Blue Lake to anyone needing help getting back home! - Jamal

Just an FYI , my sister has been here for a few months and every time I have visited her , the place has smelled nice and clean clients are well taking care of! My sister enjoys her meals so much that she asked for seconds! Praise God! My sister was malnourished upon arrival! So we are very grateful for the cook! Every one has been wonderful talking great care of our sister! Thanks to you all! God bless! ❤️

Blue Lake post acute has met all my expectations. I left a new man. I want to personally think the admission team for all the kindness and care and attention that I received from them both, but I have to give a personal thank you to Mrs. Sara admission who took the time out to purchase me more drawing supply so I could continue my passion The care that I receive from all the nurses and staff here is wonderful. I also want to say thank you to the rehab team because of you guys I was able to leave out a new man with all my needs met. I wanna give a special thank you to dietary who always cooked an amazing meal. I can always go to the kitchen and ask for extra Food and snacks. This place has done an amazing turnaround. During my stay at this center staff has been very helpful and pleasant meals are excellent over all a welcoming atmosphere I give it 5 stars very compassionate people thank you all very much I appreciate everything everyone has done for me very empathetic to my situation and circumstances

As a generous person, I am giving this hellhole a one star, oh do I wish there is a zero star option though this place doesn’t even deserve a zero star, it deserves to be shut down. This is a “rehab center”, though my loved one has not left the bed in four days. Why? Because she couldn’t. The poor lady was drugged up beyond belief, are you trying to kill her? Other people shouldn’t have to tell your money hungry staff that there is a limit to how many drugs one can take. It’s common sense that in your pebble sized mind is not common. On the outside it’s a near decent place with air condition units but on the inside is a place is such bad condition with no air condition and not even the wooden floor was placed right.
