Hope is a wonderful massage therapist! I have seen her for more than a year, about monthly,. She is very passionate about what she does and customizes the massage to my body's needs that day, from a particularly intense workout to holding all my stress in my shoulders. Hope is able to balance working out knots with making the massage relaxing, which is highly appreciated. Bonus: The massage room is super cute and relaxing! Updated: she also takes insurance! Updated: been seeing her for years now and she’s still amazing!

Hope is a true massage rockstar! She's so responsive and kind. She remembers different issues going on in my body (think achey hip or tight shoulder) and always follows up with them. She also gives me great tips for looking after myself between sessions. I look forward to my appointments with her every single time! The fact that NYSHIP pays for me to see her is the cherry on top of a fanatic massage experience.
