Bluegrass Veterinary Hospital has been wonderful every time we visit. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring toward both pets and their owners. They take the time to answer questions, explain treatment options clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable with every step. Scheduling is easy, and they’re very accommodating when unexpected situations come up, which makes a huge difference as a pet owner. You can tell they truly care about the animals they see and go above and beyond to provide great service. My wife, Joanna, took our beloved cat for an initial visit. She was very impressed. The entire staff from the receptionists to support staff to Dr. Joyce were very understanding, professional, and gentle with our fur baby. Dr. Joyce and the tech explained everything clearly. Very happy with the care our cat received and will continue to take her here. We highly recommend Blue Grass!

Staff are friendly, my dog loves them. They are very patient with her as she is not a fan of getting her nails trimmed.

I have brought all of my pets here for over 7 years and I’m grateful to bluegrass vet staff for their health. All of the staff are amazing and in an emergency I can always call and get an answer. Although not always possible, they’re almost always able to get me in same day when one of our animals are very sick. One of my dogs had seizures and Dr. Werning and Dr. Jones Guy were amazing with answering all of my questions about medications and care for her. Another one of my pets has kidney disease and they have always stayed on top of it and his kidneys are doing much better! I’d recommend bluegrass vet over any other vet in the QCA.
