Keep trying to upcharge, first its 50 then later its 200? Hell no, got out of there quick. Edit: for the owner replying none of your employees introduce themselves, I did not get a name. They only say hello and ask what you want. And I was there 5 days ago.

Paid $60 for an hour, gave $40 tip in advance, insisted on another $60 for boss. Reluctantly paid this also. A rushed back massage and then went strangely sensual after repeated "no" and only want the massage. Only received 25 mins of massage. beware and shop elsewhere

I don’t even know what to start writing about this place. It’s not your typical hand and stone massage or Massage envy in terms of mannerism. My masseuse kept walking outside my room multiple times. No music playing in the background, no dim lights. She completely showed my chest with no undergarment on. Super unprofessional. Now what really got to me is that she demanded me to tip her $20. I offered $10, she didn’t take, I offered $15 she didn’t want it until I said I’d give her a $20 tip when the service wasn’t even that great. So I’m at a total of $90, but when she tried to process my payment on the machine she then said there’s tax so it has to be $100 (which made no sense to my mind but I just wanted to Leave at this point). Experience was amazing!! I got a full body 60 minute massage + a 60 minute hairwash and they both went amazing. 10/10 recommend, staff are super nice and welcoming too and the facility is extremely clean!

I booked an appt for 2pm but I think there may have been a miscommunication. When I arrived they didn't seem to be expecting me and they were busy. However, they didn't turn me away and within half an hour I received my massage. The masseuse was kind and took care of the terrible knots that I had in my back. It was honestly worth the wait. I see they have hair spa services so, I hope to book that as well next time. I was really happy for the massage as it relieved a great deal of the pain I had.
