Blossom View Nursing Home

Horrible! They mess up my grandmothers medication all the time. When she had a roomate they were always trying to give her her roomates medication and would argue with her and try to make her take it when she would tell them it was't hers. The food is awful and they ALWAYS run out at meal times. They refuse to give statements of their personal money accounts. You can't file complaints with them because they tell you the main office is in New York and they don't know who you are supposed to file them with. The owner is never there and is impossible to get in touch with. Not all the nurses are bad. Some are wonderful. But the bad ones are AWFUL. I've been ignored by nurses when trying to sign out my grandmother, been given attitude for making a nurse get out of her chair to unlock the door,

Horrible.. Please do not put anyone you care about in this place.. Dirty run down. They run out of everything. Never get the meals right. I am diabetic and this morning the nurse came in and I was like are you going to test my sugar? She said I would but w are out of test strips. So they are just guessing on how much insulin to give me. Still don't have a chair in my room to sit in. Been here over a week. 4 times I have waited over an hour and a half for my pain meds. Even the nurses will complain about how bad this place is. Implore you to not put anyone in this hell hole...

My relative was sent there for rehab after a fall. However she almost died at this place. It wasn't until insurance ran out and she was in a comatos state that they transferred her, in the middle of the night, to another nursing home. When she arrived at that nursing home they immediately sent her to emergency, urine soaked and in a coma. Do not send anyone you care about there.

Social Media is flooding with pictures of previous tenants and the living conditions of this place. I'm shocked to see and read about these stories. I really hope these people can all be moved to a safe place.

The staff here sucks and they do not take care of the patients. They ignore requests and sit on their phones all day when they should be WORKING and TAKING CARE of the residents instead of letting them sit in their filth and suffer.
