Tami Heart your wrong. My mom is fine. She has nothing but great things to say about Genesis. And it wasn't the nurses giving it to her it was her doctor giving orders to the nursing home to follow. The staff and nurses were always nice and respectful to me.
The facility was really nice everybody was very friendly and welcoming
Don't send anyone there. I can't see m y dad or talk to him. He has dimasha.he don't remember me . When I call. They say he don't want to talk. I called 34 times a lady said he don't want to talk to you. Y he not say it
I would like to let the staff know how very much appreciated was the care for my brother Mike while there the past few years . Everyone was so professional, caring, and a pleasure to know. To Shakita and staff, THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR CARE AND SUPPORT. We were surely blessed 🙏 ❤️
I just wanna give a huge shout out to everyone there. You guys cared for my dad, Mike. Im so happy and appreciative for all the hard work and care you guys did with him. He recently passed away and the way you guys showed up for him and my family in this sad time really amazed me.
