I had such a great experience at Bloom Dental. Everyone there was genuinely caring, empathetic, and easy to talk to. Honestly, I had fun at my dental appointment, which I never thought I would say. Dr. Smith was excellent. Great bedside manner, very personable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The dental assistants were also fantastic. They were warm, professional, and made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of stressful. From the moment I made an appointment, the front desk staff made me feel taken care of. The office itself is beautiful, super clean, and very modern and up to date. I left feeling really comfortable and confident in the care I am getting. I feel lucky to have found a place like this. Highly recommend Bloom Dental.

The staff at Bloom Dental were all very friendly and attentive. Dr. Smith and the Dental Assistant V took good care of me. They were patient, thorough, and personable. They answered all of my questions and provided great education on dental issues. The dental hygienist Kimmra did a great job. She is knowledgeable and a great communicator. The administrative folks were nice and explained billing/insurance up front so I knew what to expect before treatment. Allyssa in the front office was also super sweet and left me smiling when scheduling my next visit. Great experience for my first time at the office.

The time had come for dental implants. Fear of pain and discomfort kept me from doing this sooner. Dr. Carter was recommended and he did not let me down! First visit to Bloom dental and speaking with Dr. Carter and his assistant Colin helped ease my anxiety. Setting the hardware in my gum bone was painless and assistant Colin is so personable he had me laughing in the chair. Quick, simple and painless. I’m in my second week of recovery and gums were tender for just a couple days but certainly not painful. So happy I’ve started the process, looking forward to the end result and so thankful for Dr.Carter and EFDA Colin.

it been a while since I've been to the dentist due to my work schedule. Dr. Cooper was very understanding and explained what we needed to do to fix the issues at hand. The staff was very easy to work with and the prices with My insurance were very reasonable. the Staff is very caring and Sencer about wanting to help you. I Highly recommend Bloom Dental in Bloomington.

I liked their welcoming appearance and friendliness. It was my first time to go there as an international student for a general checkup, so I was expecting to get as much information as possible on what is the checkup for and what it includes etc. This wasn't a given and I had to ask questions myself, but they were very nice to answer my questions. I was told that several of my teeth need filling, but I didn't get much information on how severe it is and what would the alternative solution (s) be than filling, instead they gave me a filling plan in case I was interested, but given I'm scared to invest unnecessary and it might as well effect my teeth nerves I haven't been able to decide yet what the best action is yet.
