It’s almost comical how bad this massage was. Easily the worst I have ever received. I booked a 60 minute massage, but the therapist repeatedly left the room. The only time the door was closed was when she was out of the room, and altogether she was gone for at least 20 minutes of my scheduled time. When she was actually present, the massage itself was very poor. She barely used any massage oil and mostly dry rubbed my skin, which was uncomfortable. When she eventually applied a small amount of oil, it felt like she was trying to stretch it out as if she were running out. At one point, she took a phone call and spoke loudly while still in the room, holding the phone with one hand and lightly petting my skin with the other. I had a wonderful experience today with Anna. She is highly skilled, very professional, and her massage techniques were excellent. She was also extremely polite and friendly, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely come back and highly recommend her!
