Dr. Estelle is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate vet. He is patient with questions and clear in all his communication. He treats each pet with dignity and kindness. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Estelle and his staff are amazing! My Miss Rascal is 22 yrs old. She has quickly lost weight and Dr. Estelle's office got me in asap when I noticed her lethargy as well. He gave me my options and we agreed on an end of life plan. I was told where to go if an urgent need came up until the office opens again. My animals emergencies seem to always happen on the weekend. I can not thank him and the wonderful, kind staff at his office enough for their compassion and commitment to work with the "parent" for what is the best choice for the "baby". Our animals have went here for years but only until the other day did I make the decision to NEVER go here anymore. As we were on the phone and my sisters dog was losing her life they put us on hold for 5 minutes to tell us the doctor was out on a personal emergency. Somehow in my gut I felt that’s not true they either 1 didn’t have time or 2 the doctor didn’t want to deal with what we were going to be bringing in. Actually disgusts me! Go to Firefly Veterinary they are right across the street because hey that’s what you told me on the phone as our dog was as passing!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! I am absolutely shattered by what happened at this clinic. The level of mismanagement here is beyond unacceptable. They were trusted with a dog’s final arrangements, and instead the pet owners were left in heartbreak. The owner had paid for and requested a private cremation, but were later told over the phone that the dogs remains were wrongfully sent to a group cremation. Because of this the owners will never have closure. Their response to this devastating mistake felt cold, dismissive, and lacking even a shred of compassion. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. In my opinion, no one should trust their animals’ health—or their final moments—to Blandon Family Veterinary practice.
