Sharing as a current customer, have been for months. My medications are never covered by my insurance but they have so far always managed to use manufacturers coupons or savings cards to get my medications for free or extremely low price. The free delivery is fantastic, I always have the same driver who shows up around the same time, and he’s very sweet. The pharmacy staff is very timely about calling to ask if I’m ready for a refill and giving you a heads up for when the delivery will come. They don’t have automated texts, when they text you, someone will actually text you back. I’m not sure how and why all the negativity from other people, but I have to think they were isolated experiences. Blake Pharmacy stands up to their reputation. I was very pleased when my physician recommended trying them. I had a script that was difficult for my (big box) Pharmacy to fill. Went to Blake, they shipped same day and I got it in two days. Great customer service, had the meds I needed, and available to consult on the new prescription. All in all, I couldn't ask for more.

I placed a call to them 2 months ago they said they would call when they received a coupon for a medication. Today they decide to charge me and attempt delivery with no verbal authorization! Two months!! Next time before just charging someone make sure you actually speak with the customer confirm if medication is still needed if insurance on file is current verify address and get authorization to take payment especially when you’re charging over twice the cost!

I have had a great experience getting high cost medication for my residents in my skilled nursing center. Whenever I call everyone have been extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend their service to any nursing facilities needing help controlling high medication cost.

They were at one time my only pharmacy. I loved them BACK then. They were also my children's pharmacy. Times changed once the rules of insurance companies changed. I understood that. So Fine. Ty anyways. However since then, I've changed insurance companies recently to 1 my family knows they accept...sooo I called the other day to see about switching my son BACK to them bcuz my regular pharmacy for the last 7 years is having a problem with a wholesaler. So my pharmacist asked me to call around to find a replacement pharmacy for my sons meds And Blake's could clearly see he WAS an old client... And I think they should've understood the issue at hand. But they declined filling his meds because.... BECAUSE HE ONLY HAS 1 MEDICATION AT THIS TIME IN LIFE 🤔🥺 Sorry Blake... Sorry my kids not highl
