Blair is a phenomenal therapist! She listens intently and adapts her plan of care to whatever needs present. She is kind, compassionate and skillful. I have been seeing Blair for nearly a year to address pain in my tailbone associated with a fall down the stairs. She has been patient with my ups and downs and has applied multiple techniques to help me. It is rare to find someone who is so skilled that is also such a delight to be with. We laugh... a lot!

Blair is a phenomenal physical therapist. She is a fantastic listener, always looking to get to the root of the problem, and trying to figure out the best way to improve steadily. She promptly sends out summaries of exercises and links to any equipment that I have asked about, and always gives very specific suggestions on what types of activities I can still participate in while a particular injury or issue is healing. Her use of dry needling has also been incredibly helpful and she is very flexible each session regarding what is needed. I am glad to have found Blair and would recommend her to anyone!
