Bladen Medical Associates Bladenboro

I recently had my 6 month check up with the compassionate Dr. Hines at Bladenboro Medical. EZ E-Check in and minimal wait time to see the doctor. All staff and nurses were polite and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Hines and Bladenboro Medical!

I usually have no complaints about this place; however, this situation doesn't sit right with me. I called in on the 18th to check if I could be seen for shingles. I talked to the receptionist named Sherry. She told me the provider had a full schedule and asked me to explain my symptoms so she could communicate with the provider and get back to me. This would have been fine, as I understand places get busy and you don't always have time to fit everyone in, but I waited two days without a single call. Even one that would have told me I needed to go to a different location would have been fine, but at the moment, this was my only option because I didn't want to go to Urgent care and risk worsening anything I might have had. Does anyone work here? At all. I call to get my follow up appointments, and get hung up on. Stay on hold for over 10 minutes. Then get transferred to the Elizabethtown office. Heather Pait is my family doctor and she is wonderful! The customer service at this place is absolutely garbage.

Shelley Brown, FNP is just awesome! She is always professional and attentive and goes above and beyond to help her patients. I hope she continues to work in the area for many years to come😊

Dr. Shaun Hines is the best doctor. He sits down and listens to all of my concerns and helps me solve them. He truly does care about his patients. I would recommend him to everybody. If you live in the Bladenboro area I would recommend you go to him.
