Got to my appointment at 10:00am for a 10:15 appointment. They took everyone before me, even those who came in after me and apologized to each patient for waiting. When the waiting room was empty, except for me at 11:10AM, 55 minutes after my appointment time, they called me in with zero apologies for the wait. They totally discriminate against me every time I walk in that office and it need to be exposed! Absolutely not okay! I will take this further! Not putting up with this!

Have been coming here almost my whole life and the staff is friendly, professional and helpful. My hygienist is gentle on the teeth and gums as well. Only complaint is the one time my hygienist wasn't there so the lady who did my cleaning that day was very rough to the point where my mouth never hurt so bad in all my life. Had braces done and wisdom teeth taken out and all of it was done without a hitch and with a speedy recovery.

I love this practice! The team is genuinely friendly and always looking for ways to advance their patient care. I've had everything from cleanings and fillings to full braces and seals without any issues. I drive more than 50 miles to get to my appointments and have no intention of changing dentists anytime soon.

I switched to Blackstone Valley Dental Associates and can only say great things about this practice. I have seen Dr. Galanis twice, once for my first appointment and then for some work and he is extremely kind, caring and professional and did a great job.
