I’ve been getting massages for about ten years now and this is definitely one of my top favorites! Chris was able to fit me in on short notice my first visit, and I loved it so much that I keep coming back! My muscles were super sore going in, but leaving I felt like I had a brand new body! The music was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend!

I have been twice now (two different therapists Giuseppe and Angie because I tend to book last minute). I can honestly say both were the best massages I have had. While both slightly different styles the main focus was practical pain management and understanding of the muscle tension/imbalances so I can continue to work on certain stretches etc. It was a similar level of expertise that a provider such as a physical therapist would have. I highly recommend this group for folks who are going both for relaxation but also for more specific issues as they identified and treated root cause. Thanks so much!

Safe and professional. I am a massage client of the owner, Chris. I am also a licensed massage therapist. I started seeing Chris for massage last year and feel like I have finally found the massage therapist for me. We of course had to take a break from our treatments during the state shut down but have since returned. I feel comfortable and confident in Chris's handling of the pandemic (especially as I know first hand what is required of us). He fully understands and adheres to protocols and requirements. His space is clean and safe, and his professionalism is unfaltering. I am so grateful for the work and space he provides. Chris's work is skilled and caring, and always so helpful.

I have been in to see Janis a few times now and am making it a regular part of my health/wellness to see her, at least, monthly. As a large woman, you need a therapist who is strong and capable of penetrating the fat to get to the muscles and tendons beneath. She is both extremely effective in this manner and deeply knowledgeable about her craft.
