I had a great new client appointment with Dr./PA Dwayne Chapman. He came in acknowledged me and got straight to work. He was able to assess my skin and provide a plan for me. He took his time and viewed my additional concern and verified his diagnosis with a second opinion (that also personally viewed my concern and confirmed what Dr/PA Chapman was thinking) which I respected the most as a business woman myself. I would also like to mention the front desk associate was very nice check in was fast and smooth. Both the MA’s before, during, and after the appointments were very helpful and informative and asked all the right questions. I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to the results. Beautiful office. The staff is extremely friendly and capable. I always have a long wait, however, to see a provider. It’s been the same at appointments in different years. Most recently, I waited about 15 min before being called back…then it took about 30 min for the clinician to actually come into the room. I had time, so it wasn’t a big deal, but I would recommend making sure your schedule is not tight when you make an appointment here.

Wonderful Experience with the office, I did a Zoom meeting. They were on time. Efficient and fast to get everything completed. The staff and PA was friendly, nice and respectful. Answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. I will continue using this service in the future due to the highest standards that I carry about others.
