Our sweet boy Bear battled diabetes and yesterday unfortunately we lost him to cancer. Through it all Dr. Leah, Dr. Eric and their amazing staff were there with us every step of the way. They are compassionate and take the time to give excellent care.

I paid a deposit and didn't receive any service. Not at all accommodating or caring about sick kittens. Very unwilling to be flexible with a potential large client. I foster several neighbor cats was willing to pay anything to get them healthy and fixed to reduced the population in the area. I was willing to leave a trusted caring vet i have known for years for simple convenience and it showed not to be a wise choice. the staff was very unsympathetic or willing to work with a client that could have been promised business for years. Glad I decided to walk out.

I made an appointment for end of life evaluation and most likely euthanasia. I had records from another vet office emailed to BR .. just in case they saw anything differently. The vet came in … looked at my dogs gums looked at the computer.. basically no conversation.. complete lack of empathy. The very kind but obvious lack of experience technicians came in. It took several pokes to put in the catheter. My dog flinched and yelped. I said “you get one more try and I want someone else doing this”. They got it finally. When they left the room, they talked about me quite loudly and the background noise was loud with laughter and banging. I was told they have a quiet room for this procedure.. but I wasn’t offered this. Later I was told they had given me a room for exam only. I had clearly made

Called in to see if they had any urgent visits, I got connected with Ashley. The lack of empathy and help I received has made us decide to switch vets. I had an emergency yesterday with my dog, she was seen by an ER vet yesterday with the suggestion to take her home and redo labs. I called to see if that would be possible to be seen here at our normal vet, I was told if the pet was doing fine I could wait by Ashley. Ashley should not be giving medical suggestions over the phone without having any of the information about the case. Ashley’s suggestion to wait for bloodwork could cause us to miss serious complications. When I asked to speak with the doctor I was informed that he wasn’t in the building. Called to schedule An appointment for my cat who had started seizing up. I was told there was a same day appointment. I asked if I could have that appointment and that if I weren’t able to make it I would call back in 20 minutes. I changed my entire work schedule for the day and called back in 10 minutes and they had already given the appointment to somebody else. Highly disappointing after hearing such good things.
