Sports massage is by far the most beneficial massage I have had. Very informative and professional this place goes beyond with tips for preventative care/exercises so you aren't crawling back onto the table each week. Booking is also always a good experience with quick communication and flexibility to schedule. Excellent in every way!

I have had deep tissue and sports massage that have been very beneficial! I like that the therapist explains muscle, tendons, and fascia and gives advise on what I can do (or not do) to benefit my "itis" issues. Very professional, very thorough! His massage compliments treatment by chiropractors and physical therapists!

He explained and shown me the pressure points on my hips which would alleviate some of the pain while giving the massage. I had the deep massage and felt better afterwards. I felt very comfortable and do plan on going back to him.
