Black Dog Veterinary Services

We have stopped taking our dog to Black Dog as they made us feel like our hyper dog was naughty though we’ve clearly trained her and she simply loves humans. Other vets we’ve taken her to since (emergency vet and a vet out of state) loved her energy and never made us feel bad. Additionally, we asked them to fill her heart guard prescription multiple times and they simply forgot to do it & forgot to mention they no longer fill Chewy prescriptions any longer… so we were waiting for over a month thinking her prescription had been filled and then it never showed up.

I was very impressed going into this clinic. Every detail was thought out to make it as comforting for the patients as possible. They go wonderfully beyond just fear free. My dog is normally nervous going into a vet clinic. He came right in this one, laid down, fell asleep, and was relaxed the entire appointment. Even when the vet was checking vitals. The vet was kind and patient. She listened to all my concerns and helped me figure out the next step for my dog’s allergy issues.

The Black Dog veterinary team is fantastic! They took such amazing care of my kitty, and everyone was above and beyond friendly and compassionate to make it the best experience possible. Thank you all!!

Stopped in for annual vaccine and had a question about a bump I found, doc and 2 techs were very attentive and swiftly assessed. Turns out it is just Mr Brigsby’s belly button I was feeling. They set me at ease and offered me the confidence that they have a thoughtful and watchful eye on my best friends health and well being. This is why Blag Dog is my vet!! 5 star experience.

My English bulldog went in to Black Dog Vet to establish service and just check his overall health. He did really good and it was a very comfortable environment for him. No stress at all! He even got his nails clipped and made them believe he’s OK with it. Haha That’s not how he is for me!
