I was treated by Dr. Hsu for my wisdom teeth extraction, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The procedure itself was a complete success with no complications, which speaks to Dr. Hsu’s surgical skill and expertise. Beyond the technical aspects, what truly stood out was his compassion and thoughtfulness during every patient interaction. He took extra time to thoroughly answer my questions and address my concerns, which made me feel heard, reassured, and well cared for throughout the process. I was especially impressed by his availability and responsiveness, even on weekends, which provided an added sense of security during recovery. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Hsu for his exceptional care, professionalism, and dedication to his patients.

The surgeon himself was okay. However there front office staff either needs some help or replacement. They quoted me $500 for the tooth extractions and Said that was my total price. After they started the procedure on my daughter they informed me I would be getting a separate bill from the lab, which was never discussed and was an additional $200 to $300. After the procedure was done, they brought my daughter out and sent us on our way. My brain kicked in before I pulled away, "Where's her prescription??" So I called and she literally said, "oh yeah...". Then when filling the prescription the pharmacist asked why there was no antibiotic (commonly prescribed after a tooth extraction). Lastly, I asked for a school note as my kid is going to miss several days... Took 3 calls and 24 hours befo

I usually don’t write reviews but I had an exceptional experience at this practice. I was looking for places to get my wisdom teeth removed and was very cautious and particular on where I wanted to get them out. I went to 3 other places prior to this one, and was going to settle on one of those because I was running up my insurance bill and tired of searching, but thank God this place was recommend to me at the last minute. I decided to give it a try and so glad I did. The ladies at the front desk were kind and informative and Dr. David was knowledgeable and straight to the point. The office is clean, well kept and sanitary. My procedure went very well and so did the healing process (which I was a bit nervous about). My pain after the procedure was a 2/10 very very low, similar to a sligh

Dr. Smith and his staff does it again! I really appreciate them squeezing me in for a dental emergency. I had extreme pain for the last few nights and I called them and they pulled up my insurance and put me on their schedule the next day. Extraction of my wisdom tooth went extremely well and it was very quick - didn't believe it was out. Felt no pain during the procedure and Dr. Smith explained everything that was going on and helped with my anxiety. He addressed all my questions/concerns thoroughly. My 19 year old son had his wisdom teeth pulled and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Dr. Smith and his staff were incredibly nice and supportive.
