Bixby Knolls Modern Dentistry

I came here for two crowns and a deep cleaning on 10/7/2025. Dr. Kinh La-Pham and his dental assistant Brianna did my crown work and they were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, attentive, patient, focused, gentle, and precise. And both of them genuinely laughed at all of my jokes which made me feel comfortable and at ease because im a huge goofball. They took there time on the job and made sure that the work they were doing was being done right and effective instead of rushing through it in order to get onto the next patient. And after the work was completed Brianna took me to get x-rays to make sure the crowns set right and she was very patient and gentle as to make sure I wasnt bitting down too hard on the oral insert as to not hurt myself. I had a great experience at Bixby Knolls Modern Denistry. First off, what a great team. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome upon my arrival. Once signed in I was taken care of right away. Ray and Sal were very patient and took the time to let me know the services I was scheduled to receive. I did not understand a few of the services that would be done, and I was told that the dental hygienist would explain everything prior to the services. Julia, the dental hygienist is wonderful. She explained everything that she would be doing on my teeth and she was very gentle and making sure that all went well. It was over before I knew it, and I barely felt anything. This is my 2nd visit they up charge all prices saying it will be $4500 to fix my teeth today jan 22, 3025 they want to charge me to pull my teeth $1175 ok i was cool with this he said they can do a payment plan fine i told $300 today and he said $187 month my visit was monday i gave him my card and they take $450 dollars without my authorization wouldn't give a receipt all customers coming complaining about money they had no record. Of it in the system they are scamming people out of there money please do not go there

Check in was easy, after that it was a bit of a miss. I was brought back for X-rays, then sent back to the waiting area. Then I was brought to a different room and had my teeth polished before my cleaning. The hygienist did not floss my teeth after cleaning nor did she clean under my bridge. We had an issue since they wanted to take my blood pressure and I said that between my PCP and me. I just want my teeth cleaned. I’ll be getting a new dentist

My hygienist Lyca was great! She explained the process and was extremely efficient and getting the deep cleaning done! She also gave me tips on oral hygiene that I began implementing after my appointment.
