Tried booking an appointment here - was over 2 week wait for a simple cleaning. They don’t offer a waitlist, and the office staff was rude. Don’t bother

The Dentist and his staff were very nice and professional and wonderful at explaining the procedures and great at keeping me çalm. I was in good hands there. These people who wrote the negative reviews were whiny crying babies complaining about minor little mishaps that can happen anywhere. If you can't get along with Dr. De Los Santos, you have some deep issues.

They have a bad service the doctor do a very bad work in my teeth and the waiting time to see her is for 2 hours and she san you like for 5 minutes

Appreciate at 10:30 didn't get seen until 11:10! The tiny waiting room was full of patients. Two of which kept caught without covering their mouth. It was disgusting. When I finally got seen for my cleaning the Asian dr who cleaned my teeth seem to be in a rush! She was not gentle at all and poked me multiple times. I don't recommend this place at all

Great dental assistants and the Dr was good, at first. Office staff made experience bad. Would ask for a breakdown of charges for a large procedure and never got one, they charged my insurance wrong and only until I used threats did they finally update info correctly. The final blow came after deciding to leave this office. My new dentist discovered cavities under my old fillings, I didn't feel them but they should have been detected with a good x-ray. Dr didn't catch cavities possibly outdated equipment or didn't care. Costs me a good penny with the new doctor. Also gave awful care to a relative with a crown. Found out how bad it was when we left him and started getting quotes for implant. Do your homework even when the doctor seems nice like this one and stay on top of their office, good
