Unbelievable. I went to this office once about 3 months ago in regards to a check up for my oldest son and I had a great experience. I decided to call a month 1/2 ago to schedule another appt for a quick procedure that my son needed for school and I’d rather not disclose. When I was greeted by Brittany and I thought that I would need to speak with Katie directly since at the time she didn’t have a receptionist and I was unaware of who I was speaking to. The receptionist Brittany assisted me in setting up an appointment for my oldest child for tomorrow 08/21/2020. The receptionist had a nonchalant tone to her voice however stayed professional while booking the appt. Needless to say I was a little uncomfortable speaking with her that day.
