Bitesize Pediatric Dentistry

Dr.Bae is so awesome so is his assistant my son deals with anxiety and requires everything being explained they were patient and so sweet to him made such a good experience for him! They were very thorough and answered all my concerns. Can’t wait for his next appointment! We also got some great tooth brushes

I really appreciate their text communication option. Not everyone has that. It makes communicating so much easier and convenient. Monica at the front desk is who I spoke with and she’s better than great. I appreciate her tactfulness, how she humanizes situations and conversations, she isn’t a robot. She isn’t sterile more does she come off as inconvenienced like other medical facility staff can be . She’s got a great sense of humor and just really helped put my mind at ease with billing, dental procedure plans, and my kids dental surgery. Well done all around.

My Kids, 8 and 4, always get excited to see Dr. Sam! The office staff are so friendly and the hygienists are gentle and work quickly. They have TV’s for the kiddos to watch if it makes it easier on them. My youngest said, “just one episode of paw patrol and all done mom!” The office is bright and colorful, and fluffy friends are allowed to visit too! This is our third year with Bitesize and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

I’ve lived in Alaska all 34yrs of my life. Truly the best I’ve experienced with children thus far. All 4 of my minor children attend BiteSize. The most kid friendly there is. The staff especially are amazing! Monica is a true blessing in making things happen and going beyond to ensure A1 care. Do NOT HESITATE to bring your babies.

The staff at Bitesize was so incredibly friendly and understanding with my two young kiddos. They had a variety of toys for the kids to play with throughout the appointment and my kids were very comfortable and had lots of fun. We had a great experience and can’t wait to go back!
