Very friendly.Our appointment was lost, but they squeezed two of us in great customer service.

We have been wearing glasses or contacts in our family for over 30 years, and we have had some excellent eyecare, living in several places in TX and ND. However, Bismarck Eyecare has been superior to any other place we've been. Dr. Patzman is knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and so approachable. Heather is an absolute gem, with a friendly attitude and some mad skills in frame selection and adjustment. We could not be more pleased. The BisMan community is blessed to have Bismarck Eyecare!

Dr. Patzman is amazing! There have been multiple times where eye infections have occurred throughout the family and she has meet us at all kinds of odd hours. Service is outstanding by all staff and we could not be happier! There is a reason she was the 2015 Optometrist of the Year!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Dr. Patzman is incredible to work with. Being the only vision therapist in the Bismarck area I was thrilled when I found her. I was also thrilled that she has given me hope in correcting my eyes to give me binocular vision. Every other place I’ve gone to has turned me away and said I was past the age where my vision could be corrected. (I am nearing 30). Taya uses modern technology and provides additional home exercise to work with me and it is making a dramatic difference! I would recommend Dr. Patzman to anyone seeking quality care and a second opinion when it comes to vision therapy.

OUTSTANDING!!!!! This place knows how to take care of you. Plus, amazingly, they take some insurance such as Davis - which hardly any eyecare facility wants to take! We have since moved, but wish we were still able to use this facility. Staff is great, doctor is extremely competent, and you will get the best eye exam you've ever had.
