Small town pharmacy and didn't have to wait along time like National chains to get meds.

This little, small-town pharmacy is really efficient and pleasant. Has both inside and drive through availability for prescriptions. Inside area has a few knick knacks, and a side wall of greeting cards. A breath of air in today's world of big pharmacy chains.

I only selected one star because I had to select one in order to leave a review. I will never do business with this company ever again. I went into the drug store because I had a school assignment that I had to complete. It required me to ask the manager 3 health care questions. I asked my questions and he says “I’m not answering that. That’s none of your business.” The question was What type of reports does your organization generate to track reimbursement, and how are the results analyzed and used to make improvements? It’s sad that we are in the year 2024 and this old man is still so racist. He was very unprofessional. He has no customer service skills. I guess if I was white, he would have treated me better. I will never do business with this company ever again.

Having lived most of my life in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I am accustomed to big city life. I was blown away when I heard the pharmacist tell a customer to take the meds home now and bring the money when she comes back. Whut!! The customer service in this drug store is like none I've ever experienced. They are all warm, amiable, caring and welcoming. I love my new drug store!
