Bishop Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Staff can yell, accuse certain tenants/residents there, higher up administrative staff steal property out of the rooms when resident not in the room, at an activity event, including family bought hangers, food bought by said residents. claiming the resident has or making bugs, there was a staff member at the front desk, she told us it was being closed at 8 PM when it says 8:30 PM so people can get out before going to the side door. I know that the courtyard is only open when the weather is nice, for residents, that doesn't always happen, it could be a nice day and get told not enough staff to bring them outside. More about the building food from the kitchen is known & ran by diettitions and small portions are given, some don't get much unless they ordered outside food, or the occasional

I went to visit my cousin. She seems happy, she said the food is good. The front desk person greeted me when I entered. Another employee spoke as I crossed the bridge. It appears to be a pleasant place to work.

THE WORST NURSING HOME IVE EVER SEEN!!! If I could give negative stars, I’d give it a negative 1000! Patients aren’t being checked on at all, some of them calling nurses for hours with no avail, patients laying in chairs slumped halfway onto the floor, I seen many patients wandering around confused and in unsafe positions where they could be injured or worse. It literally smells like death, not just inside the building but as you walk up the walkway you can smell it. They injured my dad by running his foot over with a food cart, and just left him to tend to it himself which led to a big infection and possibly needs an amputation if it doesn’t heal! If you have a loved one there, take them out asap and find ANY other facility for them. I’m shocked this place is still even up and running.

They don’t deserve ANY stars!!! They are absolutely horrible and should be shut down immediately, my father was not even there for 24 hours when his NEF tube was ripped out from his body. For those who don’t know what that is it’s a tube placed in your kidney and is outside of your body. It is not that easy to pull the tube away from the kidney so I’m not sure what they did but I know it wasn’t good and NOTHING AND NOONE will stop me from figuring this out!! My father is getting ready to undergo a procedure to place the tube back in his kidney as we speak.

It was the first time I visited. It is really awesome oh my god. Great welcome, very nice staff and It has a resting place.
