Birch Family Dentistry

Initially I took my two daughters (3 & 8) and worked with TIFFANY. She was amazing with the girls, and they had such a great time! My 3 yr old has been asking to go back because she had such a good experience. The treasure box at the end of the cleaning was a big hit! A few weeks later I went in for a check up (it had been quite some time) and I was very anxious. RUXI made me feel so comfortable and at ease. And of course, Dr. Johnson answered all my questions during my children’s visit and mine. She assured me and calmed my nervous. When I went for my Deep Cleaning (scaling & root planning) I worked with MICHELLE C. and she was absolutely amazing. This procedure can be painful- she made sure I was numbed and kept asking me over and over how I was doing, if I needed a break or was okay. S

I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr Patel and Ruxi were with me during a recent visit. They were both aware that I was extremely anxious and they went out of their way to make me feel very comfortable during the entire process.

Dr Patel is awesome, I broke a crown while travelling and they fit me in the day I returned home with a quick appointment and no upselling of saying we needed to 're-do' the whole crown. This is the care that counts and a great team to listen to my questions and give sound advice.

Dr. Bhavya Patel, DMD Is excellent and the staff is on point! Dr Patel has helped the whole family and we are so glad to have him.

Have been going to this dentist for 22 years and they're reliable and don't try to pull fast ones on you. Recently went and had Hailey (Haley, not sure of exact spelling) for the first time and she was WONDERFUL. Felt like I was hanging out with my friend. She gave me more education about ways to help my sensitive gums that I greatly appreciated. Can't go wrong with anyone there but Hailey is 10/10.
