BioMatrix Infusion Pharmacy PA

Elwyn has been taking care of my brothers medicine for at least 5-6 years and all of the sudden the big wigs decided to ditch everyone that wasn't on chemo. That's poor business you should be taking care of everyone not knit picking who you want for customers. We received no notice in the mail or no phone calls they just switched people to CVS Specialty Care. No one had any authority to switch the patient's medicine without the patient's approval.

I was amazed how caring and courteous everyone was from the moment I set up my account to when I picked it up. My doctor prescribed a medication that I needed THAT day. I found it at Elwyn for 1/4th the price of what was in my local area. The girl I spoke with over the phone helped me set up my account and was incredibly helpful. When I showed up at the office the person who greeted me had a smile on her face and helped guide me. Once I went to the warehouse to pick it up the gentlemen in the warehouse were all so nice and polite. Overall what could've been a stressful predicament was made into a great experience of customer service. Thank you from West Virginia!

So my second month of a shot just did not come. No phone call, nothing. I blamed the doctor, I blamed the pharmacy, but then like a fool realized it was my phone that was the problem. When I called to explain they were very nice, understanding, professional, and got my shot to me the next day. WOW. I had several missed voicemails from two ladies trying to contact me several times, once the phone let them come through. I would like to thank this pharmacy and apologize. You guys are great! Thank you Elwyn specialty care!
