What a disaster and disappointment this is -- same story as the cancer patient 5 months ago ! I wonder who is getting wealthy at this co by offering speciality drugs that I am fairly sure they don’t even have available to provide - they’re the same cancer drugs I am trying to get refilled.BTW no one there after at least 10 calls this heard of Memorial Sloan Kettering - one of the top cancer hospitals in the country. The amount of time and aggravation for a one month refill has been endless and I still don’t have any information on when the next month will ship for Sept one week from today! Pray to God no one you know or loves get sick because this is the world we live in today #tragic

I have been waiting over two weeks for my prescription for Orgovix. I have been off the medication for more than 7 days and now have to start all over again. No one called me to tell me the status of this prescription. I was told once you got approval from my doctor it would be sent over night. I called today and found out that I need to answer some questions before it would be mail out. The handling of this prescription was pathetic. The only good thing is that this was not a life or death emergency. or I would be dead by now. I had to call back just now to find out that a new prescription needed to be sent in by my doctor. I will posting this experience on social media, because people need to know how awful Biologic is with communication and delivering a prescription in a timely manner.

I was diagnosed with stage 4C cancer 3 years ago. My Oncologist prescribed a chemo that only Biologics Pharmacy can provide. Their service started off great, they would send me a text every month to remind me it was getting close to the time to refill my prescription, however that service doesn't appear to be available anymore. Its been about 2 years since Biologics has text me as a reminder. One of the side effects is memory loss so it times i have forgotten to refill my chemo on time. Whenever I call Biologics they have been helpful, so no problem there. I have had to switch insurance quite a few times because of now being disabled due to my cancer. This Pharmacy used to be good. They are now incompetent and has proven to not handle customer/patient concerns. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks now regarding a prescription that was not processed on time and they felt the need to blame a co pay assistance pharmacy as to why my cancer medication was delayed. As I investigated and had Biologics and the other pharmacy on a merged call to find out who actually was to blame, turned out Biologics was the reason for it being delayed all along. I spoke with countless Supervisors and their assistants and all I received was a run around.
