Slow place. Had to wait for almost 2 hours after my appointment time just for my kid's physical. And it was not even that busy. Even though it says on the front desk that if you're 5 minutes late they would have to reschedule you. That doesn't make sense at all

This review is long over due!!! I have been at Dr. Adi's practice for several years and have had nothing but excellent experiences with she and her partners, they always listen and have been supportive and respectful of my choices as a parent. The office is neat and tidy, their staff is kind, helpful and thorough!! Any time I need a note, titres drawn or have a question, they are right on it and quick to give me answers or results. I am always recommending them to my family, friends & strangers alike because I appreciate Dr. Adi's manner and approach, she is a great doc and I was so fortunate to find her.

My two boys have been seen by Dr. Adigopula since birth. They are now 10 and almost 13. They both have developmental delays which she caught onto and helped get us on the proper track of early intervention immediately. She has always been an amazing Doctor for both of them. She has always looked at them as individuals and provides care based on this. They each have their own set of special needs and are always met. No question or concern is ever ignored and referrals and prescriptions are always done promptly. The staff is always helpful and understanding. They always remember us which is important to me! Grossmont Pediatrics is definitely a doctors office I trust for any child's needs.

I love Dr. Addie (as we have called her for 13 years). She is always extremely helpful & cares for both of my children. My youngest was seen by her staff in the hospital when she was born & I ended up switching my other children to her as we have grown to love her so much!

Best customer service I’ve ever seen. Today a customer was extremely upset about his appointment taking too long and the receptionist there was amazing. Not to mention Dr. Adigopula loves what she does. I can tell her positive attitude flows throughout the office. Thank you so much, baby Lucia appreciates everything you and your staff are doing!
