After years of putting off dental visits, I was honestly nervous about scheduling my first appointment — but my experience here completely exceeded my expectations. When I first called to schedule, I spoke with Kim, and she immediately put me at ease. She was kind, patient, and took the time to address all of my concerns, which made taking that first step so much easier. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming. Elliot made check-in easy and stress-free, and Julia, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Found this practice using my insurance’s website. After calling and confirming they take MetLife, I made an appointment in the same week. Was told the first appointment would be just scans, but then a cleaning spot opened up! Had my first appointment after YEARS of neglecting regular dental cleanings and check-ups. Hunter and Dr. Pence were absolutely awesome, not to mention Elliott at the front desk. Hunter (my hygienist, I hope I’m getting his job title right) was super quick to get my x-rays done and was very gentle with the cleaning. Overall, maybe the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

It is common for most folks, to NOT ENJOY going to the "Dentist", in fact, most HATE IT. I am here to tell you, this center has CHAGED that mindset and thought process! Literally every associate there; Front Desk Staff, Medical Asst. and yes, Dr. Pence, the Dentist were and are all PHENOMENAL! The entire experience, cradle to grave, was outstanding! My first time with them all - but definitely not my last! I am actually LOOKING FORWARD to going back! My hat is TIPPED to this Dental Center! Well Done!!

I had my first appointment at Biltmore Dental Group this week. What a wonderful experience! Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Lane & his assistant were superb and professional, making my dental visit very good. They made me feel very comfortable and treated me more like a friend than a patient. I highly recommend Biltmore Dental Group to anyone looking for professional dental care.

My husband and I have been patients at Biltmore Dental for several months. I had previously been a patient, but had to change because of insurance. We are back home and love the entire staff. Hunter is an excellent hygienist and whether we see Dr. Duncan, Dr. Pence or Dr. Lane, we are treated with respect and utmost care. Kudos to the support staff, especially, Anna!
