BILH Urgent Care - Danvers

First let me say, overall, I have had wonderful experiences with Lahey. They are my preferred providers. This place though, what a joke. The only reason they are getting two stars is because the woman who checked me in was pleasant and helpful. I have been sick for a week now with horrible congestion, sinus pain, a sore throat, cough and now my ears are popping and I have an earache in my left ear. I got checked in my the nice receptionist lady and then went to wait. I was the only one there and I get a text saying I'm first in line. Then I get a text stating there was a delay. When the person finally called me in, she called me by full name Now that may not seem like a big deal, but I have my preferred name as Chris and most people see that. My first time to Urgent Care. I was pleased with the level of care I received ,and the facility itself. I was treated very professionally by staff, including a Nurse Practitioner who was truly exceptional. I felt comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend BILH Urgent Care in Danvers, Thank you for your kindness, caring and expertise.

This was my first time receiving care at the BILH Urgent Care and I was so pleased! Every staff member I met treated me with high quality care, as well as compassion. The P.A. that treated me, as well as the x-ray technician were exceptional. The facility was clean, modern and had quite a variety of services offered. Don’t bother reserving a spot, as it DOESN’T matter! Disregard texts that you get with an updated timeframe to be seen, because they are not accurate !!!!!!!! Front desk girl was rude and did not smile and was on her cell phone texting! Her response was we’re busy! Should have gone to MGH!

Every time is a bad experience. How can that be? Just walked in at 6:39pm. Fairly certain I have a sinus infection. The receptionist was great! She could tell I was rushing in. Told me not to worry, I would be seen. Almost immediately, a thin blonde woman poked her head out and told me they were closing and didn’t have time to see me. Told me to come back at 8:00am. I’m miserable with fever, facial pain, etc. Not very happy with the way I was treated.
