Dr. Ospina was the only dentist who took me in during the pandemic, she offered her assistance to help me maintain my care since I wore braces. I ended loving her and the staff that I completely changed from orthodontist. I am very happy with the choice I made, I’m at the end of my treatment and am very pleased with my results so far. Great service, great personnel and moral.
So I go there in late 2021 get dental work done and pay for whatever I have to that is left over from my insurance and now in mid 2022 they call me and say I owe them an excess amount because my insurance only covers so much…. They knew who my insurance was through and submitted a claim and I paid the amount they charged on my last visit. Now they are asking for more!
I LOVE DR OSPINA!!! LITERALLY WENT THROUGH 12 DENTIST BEFORE FINDING AN HONEST ONE WHO HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST!!!
Excellent all the staff is really nice.
