Dr. Bigg and her staff are absolutely fantastic! They take the time to get to know each patient and truly treat you like family. The office staff is so patient, kind , and professional! I am so impressed the excellent dental work that I have had done. Dr Bigg is the best!! She, along with her staff of professionals , makes it her top priority to make sure that you are happy with your experience at the practice along with the dental work completed. If you're looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Bigg and her staff at Bigg Smiles Dental, they're amazing! Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring. Definitely a warm, hometown vibe where they know your name and you are invited in like family rather than a patient. They make sure to take their time and explain everything about your care, so you feel completely comfortable. You'll leave feeling wonderfully cared for, with a sparkling smile. The office is super clean, and during these difficult times I feel comfortable and confident with all of the precautions and safety protocols they are taking to ensure everyone's safety and wellness. Great dental care and really nice people! Seriously, Pam and now Shiela are super nice - I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned in part because they make it such a pleasant experience (of course my teeth look and feel great afterwards too). Dr. Bigg is friendly but super professional and easy to trust, and the office staff are great with rescheduling or whatever is needed! I feel lucky to have found them and recommend them highly.

Loved the friendliness, and professionalism by the staff! Small town feel where they actually know your name. Dr. Bigg takes as much time as needed to discuss any issues that show up. Office is neat and clean and only a 5 minute walk to downtown Wickford. Thanks for taking such great care of all my dental needs.

I had a crown installed and several fillings done here and I am very pleased with the results. There are two dentists. Dr Peirce did my crown and that went great. Dr Bigg did the fillings. I have been drilled by half a dozen dentists, Dr Bigg is notable for being the most gentle - there was no heat, no burning bone smell. The office has plenty of parking. They are all vaccinated and they use all the PPE one could imagine.
